Skip the M&Ms and make these spinach protein pancakes instead! Then cover them with berries and bananas.


  • ⅓ cup cottage cheese
  • 3 egg whites
  • ⅓ cup old fashioned oats
  • scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • honey, berries, and banana to top


  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray, and pour batter onto skillet.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes on one side and flip. Cook additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve with fruit and a drizzle of honey!
