Avocado Deviled Eggs

Description

This recipe is deviled eggs with avocado. No mayo, no mustard, no Greek yogurt. Basic recipes like avocado deviled eggs – are oftentimes best!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro
  • dash garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel eggs and cut in half. Scoop the yolks into a bowl.
  2. Cube avocado and add to the bowl. Mash the avocado and yolks together.
  3. Once mixed together, mix in the seasonings.
  4. Scoop the mixture back into the egg whites evenly.
  5. Serve chilled.
