Description

I don’t eat breakfast without also eating eggs. This is why I would prefer to eat spinach protein waffles for lunch. Get this easy spinach waffles recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large egg
  • ⅓ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup oats
  • ½ packet stevia
  • 1 handful of spinach

Instructions

  1. Plug in waffle iron and turn on.
  2. Blend all ingredients together.
  3. When waffle iron is ready, pour all batter into the iron and close.
  4. Cook until no longer steaming (5 minutes or so). Waffle will be slightly golden brown.
