Today’s chia seeds bar recipe is for delicious, no bake, calorie-dense peanut butter chia granola bar that are packed full of nutrition – and have great staying power.

- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon ground oat flour
- ¼ cup extra dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a blender, grind about ½ cup or so or old fashioned oats. This will become your oat flour you’ll use in the recipe.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Stir to mix together evenly.
- Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with plastic wrap. Put mixture into the pan, and press down firmly with a piece of wax paper.
- Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and cut into 8 bars. Store in freezer or refrigerator.
