  • 1 cup wild blueberries
  • ¾ cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
  • 810 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Chop cantaloupe into ½ inch pieces and add to a bowl.
  2. Mince or finely slice mint leaves, and add to the bowl along with pistachios and blueberries.
  3. Stir to evenly distribute ingredients and serve.
