This is an edited re-post of a favorite Mint Chocolate Protein Shake recipe – one that I make ALL. Protein shakes are becoming one of my favorite easy breakfast or snack choices. There are what seems like endless flavor options for protein shakes.


  • ½ frozen banana (about 60 g)
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 68 drops NuNaturals peppermint liquid stevia (or mint extract)
  • 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 35 ice cubes (optional)
