Instructions

  1. Add cooked quinoa, cranberries and walnuts to a bowl. Mix together.
  2. In a separate cup, whisk olive oil, vinegar, honey and lemon. Mix well.
  3. Pour liquid mixture over quinoa and stir to coat quinoa completely.
  4. Serve with salad, and chicken if desired! Can serve hot or cold.
