Apparently this snow week got the best of me because I TOTALLY FORGOT to put a meal plan together before, like, right now. But, better late than never, right?

It actually works out just fine because we just got home from church, and I’m about to fly out the door for a girls brunch. So I don’t have time to prep anything today yet anyhow! 🙂

  • Crockpot chicken
  • Blueberry muffins
  • Roasted broccoli
  • Whole wheat pasta
  • Rinse black beans
  • Rinse and chop onions, mushrooms, and peppers for eggs
  • Rinse and dry spinach
