Sooo it’s been 3-4 weeks since I did a meal plan. And we can tell!

Granted, traveling on a Monday set up poorly for the second week in July, and with visitors in town after that we’ve been a bit bumpy on our routine since then. We haven’t slacked on our eating at all, but we have had to put more effort in during the week to make sure we have food ready for lunch!

Thus it was decided we were back on our meal plan action starting today!

In other news…well, there really isn’t much news in these parts. We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend at home making sweet potato nachos and watching season 1 of Silicon Valley on HBOGO. I’m gonna cut this short today because I don’t really have anything entertaining for you, and I need to do some yard work. Apparently I have nothing good to entertain myself with today, either. 🙂 At least yard work counts as a workout, right?

  • Meatloaf
  • Quinoa
  • Roasted Brussel sprouts
  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • Chop carrots for fries
  • Wash and chop veggies
