It has been 3 weeks (I think) since I made a meal plan. It will feel good to get back on a regular routine. I have been WAY too out of whack lately. Gotta get the food prep and meal planning done!
Oh wait…I have a trip to take in the middle of the week. Might throw a little kink in things. We will see how I can do!
Sunday – Homemade pizza
Monday – Spaghetti and chicken with roasted red pepper pasta sauce
Tuesday –Likely sandwiches, soup or something easy since I’ll be prepping for a trip!
Wednesday – out of town
Thursday – out of town
Friday – Burrito bowls (with a new crockpot chicken recipe)
