Okay guys…. I’m really excited for dinner tonight.
Over Thanksgiving, my sister, Mom and I went to Gordon Biersch for snacks and a drink while doing some Christmas shopping. I had never heard of the restaurant before, but all the food was really good! We ordered a flat bread that I have been wanting to recreate since then… The California Cobb Flatbread. I don’t know how well I can get my homemade pizza crust to be of the flatbread nature without a rolling pin, but I’ll try. Regardless, I expect it to be amazing. Stay tuned!
Sunday – California Cobb Flatbread/Pizza (recipe coming soon!)
Monday – Stuffed peppers
Tuesday – Possibly date night, $2 beers and tacos at our favorite Mexican spot. We always have a good time for less than $20!
Wednesday – Homemade mac’n cheese (recipe in the works)
Thursday – leftovers/sandwiches
Friday – Chicken tacos
Saturday – Black and White Bean Chicken Chili
