Weekly Meal Plan

Ok sooo do you remember that long spiel I gave last week about wanting a casserole?

Said casserole did not happen. Ugh.

I’ve been GREAT about following our meal plan the last few weeks. But this week took us down a long and winding road of house repairs. This totally threw off our eating this week. Well, that and some other crazy personal things I’m not going to delve into today.

Monday we ended up barely eating dinner because we didn’t get home until really late. Tuesday we were dealing with the hot water line break, and ended up going out to eat because I needed to get out of the house and clear my head. I ended up making the stuffed shells Wednesday (which were DELICIOUS, by the way). We got back on track with meatballs on Friday – but had to build a fire and buy a space heater because our furnace stopped working.

Ode to the joys of being a homeowner!

So, casserole it is this week. As long as nothing else goes wrong with our house…

Also things are changed up with the food prepping this week. We have having a watch party for the Packers vs Cowboys game, we I did most of our prepping on Saturday instead of Sunday. I tell ya what – it feels good to be done!
