Well… I think it’s about time I started giving up sugar again. Maybe another two week sugar cleanse? I’ve been having way too many sugar cravings lately. Time to try and kick it! I’ve been meaning to get more healthy snacks added to my food prep now that things are slowing down a bit for me. My sister told me about a home made chex mix she made, that might be making an appearance soon!

Before I get ready to do my grocery shopping for the week, it’s time to figure out what’s going to be on the meal plan.

Sunday – Turkey chili

Monday – Sandwiches and homemade fries

Tuesday – Green Spicy Tuna Casserole

Wednesday – Pork chops and couscous

Thursday – Black bean and beef taquitos

Friday – out

Saturday – Chicken nachos
