Weekly Meal Plan

Ah! It’s the beginning of the month! Which means… I get to go Costco shopping!!

Is that weird? To get excited about grocery shopping? There’s just something about scoring a cart full of deals at Costco and stocking your kitchen for a full month. Seriously amazeballs.

You know what else is awesome…we go to Mexico soon! Does this post sound like I’m more excited about groceries than the beach?

I’ll let y’all figure that out. Let’s move on to meal planning.

What I Prepped Yesterday/Will Prep Today

  • Crockpot pulled pork
  • Roasted potatoes
  • Taco meat
  • Applesauce muffins
  • Green beans
  • Cocoa roasted almonds
  • Rinse black beans
  • Rinse and chop onions, mushrooms, and peppers for eggs
  • Black bean dip – we will make this Saturday for snacking, and make extra
