Weekly Meal Plan

And Christmas season has officially begun. Our weekends are booked until the end of the year with dinners and parties!

It’s always a great time of year, but one where I NEED to stay focused on my fitness goals and not splurge on ALL THE COOKIES!

Only a few of the cookies. 🙂 I don’t ever cut out cookies altogether!

I might be a little late to the pumpkin game, but I’m working on a pumpkin snickerdoodle recipe that I’m hoping ends up fabulous. I’ll surely let you know once I get feedback from my long line of taste testers!

In the mean time, here we go!

  • Shakeology – will bring to work
  • Daisy 2% cottage cheese – will bring to work
