For now, we discuss the meal plan. I need to go make a gigantic grocery haul today, and hopefully I can eek out a couple new recipes!
Sunday – Pizza night (Oh, I made my own whole wheat pizza crust! Super easy, it’s ridiculous I never did it before. I’ll post it soon!)
Monday – Pesto Spaghetti Squash with Shrimp
Tuesday – Shrimp and Chicken Fried Rice
Wednesday – softball night = sandwiches or new recipe (TBD)
Thursday – Burrito bowls
Friday – Black and White Bean Chicken Chili
Saturday – Company Christmas party
