Hellooooo! Back to our regularly scheduled meal planning. Sorta.
I’m gonna be doing these a liiiittle differently…again. But this time, it’ll be easier for me to keep up with. I’m going to start posting my meal plans to the blog a week behind. Might sound kinda weird, but I don’t actually sit down at the blog to DO my meal planning, only post about it. This way you’ll be able to have a meal plan first thing Sunday morning, it’ll just be what I did the previous week! 🙂
I’m also going to start clipping these on video, describing my method for the food prep. This first week’s video is a little bit long. I realize I tend to blab a little bit. Video is a total work in progress for me, but I don’t want to hold back on what I’m doing because it isn’t perfect. The meal plan videos will likely just be shot from my iPhone and uploaded to YouTube with minimal editing. It feels good to be a little more ‘real’ once in a while, instead of completely polished all the time. AKA for now, it’s a time saver. Ya heard?
