2 tablespoons peanut oil (make it Paleo with coconut oil, if you store it above 76-78 degrees)
1 dropper of NuNatural's vanilla flavored liquid stevia
1 teaspoon honey
Add cashews and almonds to food processor. Process until you get a crumb-like consistency (5 minutes or so). Scrap any food sticking to the sides every 2 minutes.
While processing, pour in one tablespoon of peanut oil, all of vanilla and honey. Continue to process 3 minutes or so before adding rest of the peanut oil.
Continue to process about 20 minutes total, scraping down nut butter off sides of the bowl as needed. You'll want to process until you get to the magical point where your crumbs become a creamy, smooth nut butter!
