The Barbell Workout

And I have another great upper body workout for you this week! While last week’s upper body workout was using all dumbbells, this week uses all barbells.

Using different equipment for the same move can help spice up an ordinary workout. These aren’t all moves I would typically do with a barbell, but that made it all the more fun!

Yes, upper body workouts for me are fun. Lower body? That’s a different story.

To do a superset:
Perform required reps for the first exercise in the super set, and complete the second exercise immediately following with little rest. Rest for 60 seconds or so before repeating the next round of the superset. 
Here are the moves:
Front raises (this shows going overhead, I only brought out 90 degrees to my body)
