Popping in this morning with a quick strength training workout for you!
I did some upperbody supersets incorporated with a new lower body move I saw on Instagram recently. I can’t for the life of me remember where I saw it, or what it was called, so I made up a name myself. I even got creative for you and took some pictures, since that is easier than describing it.
Today I bring you the Squats and Supersets workout, featuring in and out squat jumps.
Picture tutorials are something I’d like to feature when I post workouts, if people find them helpful. I now have a little more space to do this…mostly a yard do I don’t go outside an apartment taking pictures of myself looking like a freak. 🙂
For this move, start in the first squat position, with your legs closer together. Then jump so that your legs are farther apart. You’ll really feel the burn sitting in the squat position for 10 + reps!
