  1. Place cauliflower in a pot with water over high heat. Bring to a boil, and boil for 5-7 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
  2. Drain cauliflower, and let cool slightly. This is important, you don't want it to be too steamy when you place in food processor.
  3. Add all ingredients to food processor. Process on low for a couple minutes, and scrape cauliflower off sides. Continue to process, alternating on low to high every minute or so for about 5 minutes until completely smooth.
  4. Serve immediately. They also reheat well!
