Well, graduation week has passed, and wedding week is here! These last couple weeks have been a whirlwind, much like I expected. I’ve put a lot of my focus on getting our house ready. We’ve gotten a good chunk of painting done, got a few little things fixed up, and started on yard work before we leave for the wedding. We’re feeling in pretty good shape to start celebrating!
House work and chores have helped me get my step goal in every day, and painting and yard work have been a little bit of a workout. Besides this, I’ve gotten in a few HIIT workouts the last week because I could get done with them quickly, and get on to my list of things I want to get done during the day!
Here’s my latest HIIT workout. I alternated cardio moves and lifting with light weights for the recovery period. Since it’s going to be another busy week, workouts like this will be perfect for when I have 15-20 minutes free during my day!
