Description

These Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies are a healthy treat that uses only five ingredients. Perfect for bringing along as a snack or dessert for any meal!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 over-ripe banana
  • ½ cup peanut butter (I used Skippy Natural)
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well. Add a few more oats if the batter is doesn’t form well.
  3. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray, and form into 9 cookies.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, until cooked through.
  5. Let cool before eating.
