Today is my food photography day! It is also food prep day!

So that means I’ll probably be spending half the day in the kitchen. And that’s okay…I love food, so it’s pretty much the best place in the house to be. 🙂 I’ll probably be eating a lot of food today, too. Kyle and I did another training workout yesterday. 3.5 hours out at White Rock Lake! We alternated walking a mile and jogging a mile for three hours, then walked the last 30 minutes. We completed 15 miles. It.was.tough. I was pretty proud of myself for actually completing 6.5 miles of running yesterday. The best part of doing these training workouts with Kyle? I can eat ALL the food I want! And not feel bad about it at all.

I even refrained from ice cream all day yesterday…I’m almost more proud of that than the 6.5 miles.

Instead of ice cream, I’ve been making some delicious shakes at home these days. Made with frozen cherries and homemade cashew butter. Talk about amazing! I’ll have the recipe coming out for you this week.

Since that is on the way, lets sip on some delicious coffee and do some meal planning!
