- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Stir together lemon juice, olive oil, white wine vinegar and honey.
- Then stir in chia seeds, salt and pepper.
- Let chill for 10 minutes in the fridge.
