I must say – I felt fantastic this week after this Paleo meal plan. Even though I added Greek yogurt and cheese here and there, last week was the first in five that I didn’t get lunch or a smorgasbord of snacks catered into work. I need to capture that feeling in a bottle an bring it to work as a reminder to continue making healthy choices in light of FREE food.
In other news…work is still going great, I hit my step goal 3/5 times last week (better than I’ve done in a month), AND we went on a much needed shopping spree to fill our closets with quality items. I’m pretty much winning in life right now.
This weekend marks our one year anniversary in the house, with our marriage anniversary coming up in two weeks. I’ll have to get another house update ready to go soon. That is, if the rain ever stops long enough for me to get some quality pictures! I’m really holding out for a little bit of sunshine this weekend. If not, I might not have any recipes for you this week…super sad face. But to be honest, I got to spend a lot of time with Kyle yesterday instead of working on other things, which was much needed. Today we’re heading down to my sister’s place to bake pizza and chit chat. Lots of family time this weekend and I love it!

Yumm I too always feel better eating paleo. A little cheese and yogurt but here and there but most of the time not. I’m so excited to hear the new job is going well! Enjoy!
