Move It Monday: Plank It Out – Core & Balance

Another week, another Monday! This is an especially hard week to get started, with such a fun filled weekend. Lots of good food, a goodnight out on the town, and not a whole lot of sleep. Some workout motivation is much needed for me today!

Today I have a revised version of my Plank It Out circuit. There are a few balance exercises incorporated, that also work the core.
