Another week, another workout!

It’s been a while since I’ve done any kind of circuit workout. Most of my own workouts have been lifting and walking. Not really a circuit required.

This week, I took some lifting moves, incorporated some cardio moves, and made a mini circuit that did the trick. The trick for a sweat session, followed by a couple miles walking the pup!

Yea, that’s 40 burpees in a row. My lack of cardio lately made that one really fun! 🙂
