Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix cocoa powder and flour together in a small bowl.
  3. Mix the banana, egg, syrup and vanilla together in a separate bowl.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the coconut oil and chocolate chips together on low until completely melted. Stir together with other wet ingredients.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
  6. Pour batter into a greased glassed baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-28 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
