First we had the Foodie Gift Guide. Now I’ve come out with a Fitness edition!
These are all gifts that I would love – and I think that your female fitness junkie would love to receive, too!
After all, nothing says ‘I love you!’ like a Fitbit. Am I right?!
Seriously, though, last year for Christmas Kyle’s entire family got Fitbits. I thought it was freakin’ amazing! They’ve all done a great job at moving forward with their health! 😉
Read on for some more ideas for Christmas gifts this year!
1. Bosu Ball
You can do some awesome upper and lower body exercises with these things. They are a little on the pricy end, but totally worth it for a home gym!
2. Yoga Mat
Great for studio and at-home use. I need one for my PiYo program!
3. Fitbit Zip
There are lots of versions of the Fitbit, but the Zip is the one I use – and I love it. It fits perfectly in your pocket, or on a waistline. I’ve also worn it under dresses before – it conceals perfectly!
4. Aria Fitbit Smart Scale
This is one hardcore scale. It not only measures weight, but BMI and body fat percentage. Kinda cool if you are a numbers person. It will sync to your Fitbit account just like your Zip would!
5. TKO Soft Grip Jump Rope
Seriously the best.jumprope.ever. I got one of these in my Must Have box a few months ago. LOVE IT. It has a swivel in the handle so it doesn’t tangle or get caught as easily!
6. Fabletics Membership
I am a member of Fabletics and love the clothes I’ve gotten there!! I need to do a review on it soon. You can sign up for a free Fabletics VIP Membership for personalized fitness outfits starting from $39.95! Usually you get a good discount on your first outfit. There are TONS of styles to choose from, and each month has free shipping, even on returns.
7. Partitioned Lunch Containers
These are colorful and fun – and perfect for taking lunches with you to work or gym!
8. Medicine Balls
Perfect for core and balance exercises! These range from 2 – 10 pounds.
9. Double Function Kettlebell
These Kettleballs by SPRI look awesome! They can function as either a kettlebell or a medicine ball. They range from 5 – 35 pounds in different colors.
10. Stability Ball
These are also great for your core, and balance exercises!
I’m currently loving this workout program. It is exactly the kind of yoga and pilates inspired workout I need! You can get the starter workout for $60, or the deluxe version which comes with a yoga mat, floor sliders for strength workouts, and two extra strength workouts for $120.
12. Fruit Infuser Water Bottle
I don’t always like flavored water, but once in a while it’s awesome! I think some fruity flavored water would be super refreshing after a workout!
