I’ve got a super easy crockpot applesauce recipe for y’all, which is a snack I created for the sugar-free challenge.
Ingredients

- 4 Gala apples
- ¼ cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon natural honey
Instructions
- Peel apples, and dice into ½ inch pieces.
- Add apples to crockpot along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook for about 3 hours on high.
- Mash apples with a fork. I left some pieces larger to give it a chunky texture.
- Eat it warm! It tastes awesome.
