Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
  3. In a larger bowl, mix together applesauce, egg, vanilla, and stevia.
  4. Pour dry ingredients into larger bowl. Slowly mix together, and mix in almond milk. Once thoroughly mixed, stir in chopped gala apple.
  5. Pour into 8 muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

One muffin is 3 Weight Watchers points.
