4 reasons why you should workout from home

Ok you guys…I’m taking the leap.

The giant LEAP into the world of YouTube!

It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for a long while now. But I’ve been so, so nervous! Public speaking has always been a fear of mine, and before I even did any kind of video at all, I was incredibly anxious.

And then I jumped around a little bit, you know, gotta Shake It Off… and realized – Uh, there is NOBODY here. Not (technically) speaking in front of anyone. This should be easy!

So, I’m just going for it.

I took some wise advice from Chalene Johnson and just starting doing it. Because if you WAIT to be perfect, you’ll never put anything out there, and you’ll have nothing to perfect.

I’ve been working all weekend (and really, the last several weeks) to build my brand and business. It’s taken a lot of learning and studying, trial and error, but I’m checking off tasks on my to-do list like a badass. 😉 It’s really making for a MARVELOUS Monday!
